Insight Acupressure for Self-care programs increase body-mind self-awareness, reduce stress and pain, improve daily functioning and well-being, and provide valuable insights for supporting self-healing and the ability to manage symptoms. Acupressure programs for Self-care offered:

  • SEVA Stress Release: Learn how to use a simple acupressure program, initially used at Ground Zero in New York City after the events of 9/11. SEVA, in Sanskrit, means compassionate service. The SEVA acupressure program will be practiced seated, can be completed in 20 minutes, and used to reduce stress, promote relaxation, boost resilience, and enhance well-being. This program will include breath practices and meditation.
  • Abdominal Release: appetite abnormalities, circulation to/from feet, chronic gastritis, stomach & intestinal tract congestion
