Regina Rosenthal, PT, MA, is a physical therapist, educator, author, and wellness coach with over 30 years of experience empowering individuals and communities to heal from within. Her work bridges science and spirit through a deeply embodied approach that integrates body-mind awareness, self-care practices, and gentle hands-on therapies. Regina is known for her calm presence, wise guidance, and ability to hold space for transformation and resilience.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the City University of New York, a Certificate in Physical Therapy from Kean University/UMDNJ, and a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from Kean University. She also completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Kula Kamala Yoga Institute, blending ancient wisdom with evidence-informed care.
Regina’s professional path includes hospital, university, private practice, and community settings. She served as an adjunct instructor in the TMJ/Orofacial Pain Center at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where she developed and led the Stress Busters program and stress management services for clinic patients. Her master’s thesis evolved into a chronic pain self-help program that continues to inspire her holistic approach to healing.
A faculty member with Insight Acupressure (formerly Soul Lightening International), Regina teaches nationally and internationally. She is an Advanced Practitioner and Instructor of Process Acupressure, Clinical Acupressure, and the Good Points and Acupressure for Anyone series. Her teaching style is clear, grounded, and infused with compassion—supporting learners of all backgrounds to connect with their innate healing wisdom.

Today, through her Circle of Life Coaching Program, integrative bodywork sessions, workshops, and writing, Regina continues to inspire others to reconnect with what has heart and meaning, strengthen their internal guidance system, and live with greater clarity, vitality, and joy.
